We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Recorded Future. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing customers and acquiring new business. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with internal teams and channel partners to deliver cybersecurity solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in full sales cycle roles, focusing on new business acquisition in the enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security sectors. You will possess a proven track record of growing revenue through both existing accounts and new business acquisition, as well as a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including knowledge of threat intelligence and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams, aligning with both customer needs and business goals.
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success) to ensure customers receive the value they expect.
  • Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Utilize sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.
  • Track and update opportunities in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and ensuring timely progress toward closing.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales leadership, with experience in full sales cycle roles, focusing on new business acquisition in the enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security sectors.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through both existing accounts and new business acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including knowledge of threat intelligence and security operations.
  • Experience working with security-focused channel partners, and an understanding of how to leverage these relationships to drive growth.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
