Business Relationship Manager

As a Business Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers to drive business growth and secure our products' availability and visibility on the marketplace.
The key responsibilities of this role include achieving monthly sales and collection targets, negotiating and finalizing Business Development Agreements with customers, and implementing annual Business Development Agreements. You'll also be responsible for planning and executing brand activations for customers, coordinating with stakeholders, and controlling product visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, and competitor events.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, 2-4 years' experience in Key Account Management preferably in General Trade within FMCG industry, negotiation skills, growth mindset, team commitment, customer management, selling essentials, objective analytical power, influencing others, excellent communication skills, and full proficiency of English and Arabic language.
