Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve assigned sales targets by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions, leveraging technical expertise and market insights.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals, monitoring performance and reporting regularly to management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing market insights and feedback to inform product development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales, with a strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite, with fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
