Job Description

The Digital Marketing Director will oversee and lead all digital initiatives and strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on social media, websites, search engines, email campaigns, and other online channels.
  • Manage and mentor the digital team, ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital initiatives, understanding their needs, and presenting digital solutions.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring effectiveness and performance goals.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing insights for optimization and future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, applying new tactics to improve campaigns and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Director or in a similar leadership role in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with budget management and performance forecasting.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
