About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Pre-Sales Specialist to join our Middle East team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and pre-sales support to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments of customer IT infrastructure and posture to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Develop customized PC+ solution proposals that address customer requirements, including detailed technical specifications, implementation plans, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and product roadmaps.
  • Provide technical support throughout the pre-sales process, responding to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Plan and conduct sales trainings aimed at knowledge transfer, keeping sales informed, and enhancing product awareness and skills.
Requirements
  • Study of information technology/business administration or a comparable education/professional experience.
  • Several years of professional and technical experience in the PC industry and proficiency in the solution selling approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet time-bound deadlines, and work flexibly with cross-functional teams.
  • Business fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic and French is preferred.
  • Sales, business management experience, and advanced analytical skills will be advantageous.
