- Resolving and supporting complicated collection cases.
- Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions from an end-to-end perspective.
- Applying collection strategy for agreed retained accounts.
- Conducting structured collection calls towards customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the collection field.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent negotiation and customer handling skills.
