Marketing & Events Manager – Residential

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Events Manager to lead the leasing strategy for a residential compound in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving occupancy by targeting businesses that would benefit from housing employees near the airport and key business districts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a dynamic marketing strategy, proactively engage potential corporate tenants through cold calling and meetings, and negotiate B2B leasing contracts alongside the Senior Property Manager. With over 700 units ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom villas, the goal is to maximize occupancy through strategic outreach, market analysis, and effective digital and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
Events Management- Manage annual event planning, including vendor coordination.
- Support event set-up.
- Manage registration and check-in processes via the application.
- Coordinate event logistics with support from the wider team.
- Assist with event marketing and promotion.
- Maintain event schedules and timelines.
- Provide on-site support during events.
- Collect feedback and conduct post-event evaluations.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in event planning.
- Work closely with the leasing officer to shape the customer experience approach for residential occupiers.
- Develop and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with residents.
- Encourage frequent and open communication on relevant leasing issues with the Senior Property Manager.
- Actively engage with the wider Savills property team to ensure that we stay abreast of industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all the site team across the compound.
- Encourage frequent and open communication on leasing and marketing initiatives.
- Actively promote and implement ESG initiatives across the compound and drive the adoption of policies and procedures.
- Ensure full understanding of the sustainability ESG agenda and actively contribute to initiatives for the compound.
- Stay informed about new initiatives that could improve ESG performance across the compound.
- Discuss ESG initiatives with occupiers to raise awareness of the work being done on the compound.
- Experienced in residential property leasing.
- Experience in C2C and B2B.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Experience of working with financial targets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Excellent relationship builder.
- Exercising tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an integral team to deliver the Vision and Values of Savills.
- Professional, measured approach with a strong work ethic.
