Head of Sales Operations

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare regular operational and financial sales department reports to track progress.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team to ensure their skills are up-to-date.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with product offerings and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field is preferred, along with an MBA or relevant certifications.
- 10+ years' of sales leadership experience, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Strong leadership skills, expertise in sales strategy, lead generation, account management, and closing high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of the ICT industry, its products, and market dynamics, with familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
