Job Title: Pre-sales Manager

About BaseTeam Recruitment:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-sales Manager to join our team at BaseTeam Recruitment. As a Pre-sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering presentations to potential clients, conducting product or service demonstrations, and working closely with sales teams to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and conduct product or service demonstrations to showcase the value of our IT solutions.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to gain a deep understanding of client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Analyze client requirements and provide technical advice to identify solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Prepare detailed price quotes and technical contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
  5. Provide expert technical advice to sales teams during the negotiation process with clients.
  6. Train sales teams on the technical benefits of our products and services.
  7. Follow up with potential clients until the deal is closed and convert them into actual clients.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in technical sales or pre-sales, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  4. Ability to understand client technical needs and translate them into practical solutions.
  5. Negotiation skills to facilitate deal closure.
