This Pre-Sales Expert position involves working closely with our sales and business development teams to drive product and service adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include solutioning & technical consultation, product demonstrations & presentations, proposal & RFP/RFI responses, customer engagement & requirement gathering, collaboration with product & delivery teams, competitive analysis & market insights, solution architecture & technical feasibility, conducting workshops & training, and building strong client relationships.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles within an IT company, with a strong understanding of software products, IT services, Cloud computing, APIs, Integration solutions, Data Practice or Data Management, and enterprise architectures. Additionally, they must have the ability to present complex solutions in a simplified manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience in preparing technical proposals, SoWs (Statements of Work), and RFP/RFI responses.
