  • Customer Service: Build customer loyalty by using clienteling methods to understand customer behavior and retention, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the team, ensuring that the team is equipped to succeed.
  • Leadership Presence: Maintain a leadership presence on the sales floor, ensuring that the team is motivated and inspired to achieve their goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Address problems proactively and provide potential solutions, ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management.
  • Experience in managing VIP client events and building customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow the business.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, trends, and product divisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Mac, and digital point-of-sale systems.
