Role Overview

Mowla Manpower is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and decoration sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Create and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure profitability.
  • Closing deals and facilitating a smooth handover to project teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the construction, fit-out, and decoration sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

Mowla Manpower offers a competitive salary of Riyal 5,000 to Riyal 8,000 per month, depending on experience.
