Senior Executive Assistant at Katch InternationalThe Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting various teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling office processes, vendor relationships, and employee requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-maintained and organized workspace.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for maintenance and office-related needs.
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures, updating them as necessary.
- Manage office security, access controls, and safety protocols.
HR & Employee Support
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and leave requests.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Address employee inquiries related to office facilities, resources, and administrative matters.
Finance & Documentation
- Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Support finance and HR teams in payroll coordination and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of company policies, agreements, and official correspondence.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth internal operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and deliveries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, taking minutes when required.
