Job Overview:

The Account Manager - Sales role at Flippa is a dynamic position that requires a sales professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with merchant partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, providing them with strategic support and tactical promotions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment, Beauty & Fitness industries.
  • Manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize data effectively to retain merchants year on year, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Communicate and sell new products and initiatives to the merchant base, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in fast-paced industries, preferably hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
  • A good track record of past employment, demonstrating strong sales skills and business acumen.
  • Lives within the territory, with a deep understanding of the local business environment and trends.
  • Possesses advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Pre-existing merchant base and relationships are highly desirable.
