About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Assistant Manager to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing CRM activities to ensure the delivery of our department's mandate and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to the achievement of our short and mid-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct business process analysis and create a comprehensive report highlighting areas for improvement.
  2. Design and implement custom code for CRM, including plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources.
  3. Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including SQL integration services and reporting services.
  4. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on MS Dynamics CRM.
  5. Migrate data from external systems into MS CRM and conduct solution testing and user acceptance testing.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs for users and administrators.
  7. Ensure quality assurance and documentation of CRM solutions.
  8. Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
  3. Dynamics CRM certification is highly desirable.
