We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Assistant Manager to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing CRM activities to ensure the delivery of our department's mandate and identify improvement opportunities that contribute to the achievement of our short and mid-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct business process analysis and create a comprehensive report highlighting areas for improvement.
- Design and implement custom code for CRM, including plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources.
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including SQL integration services and reporting services.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on MS Dynamics CRM.
- Migrate data from external systems into MS CRM and conduct solution testing and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and deliver training programs for users and administrators.
- Ensure quality assurance and documentation of CRM solutions.
- Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Dynamics CRM certification is highly desirable.
