Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory, including existing accounts and new accounts, and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  3. Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
  4. Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation and data-driven decision making.
  5. Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Collaborate with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or service for subsequent promotional activities, ensuring seamless alignment between departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities, including data analysis and CRM software proficiency.
  • Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and empathy.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations, showcasing expertise in persuasive storytelling and negotiation tactics.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with experience in resolving conflicts and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
