- Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and challenges within the facility management industry to inform business strategies and collaborate with senior management to forecast service and resource requirements for business growth.
- Coordinate the end-to-end process for bids and Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure all necessary qualifications and requirements are met, and identify and cultivate new partners to expand the company's network and support organizational growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development and project execution, particularly within the facility management industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing business development functions.
- Proven experience working with large-scale projects and top-tier contractors within the facility management sector.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including top global contractors.
- Demonstrated success in securing joint ventures, partnerships, and consortiums.
- Hands-on experience in joint ventures, consortiums, and mergers within the facility management space.
- Proficient in the use of business development software and tools.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results.
