Job Overview
The Role of Regional Expansion Strategist at Brinc involves spearheading the establishment and growth of our presence in Saudi Arabia. This entails building strategic partnerships, generating revenue through accelerator programs, corporate innovation initiatives, and venture investments, while ensuring operational excellence in program delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Business Development & Partnerships
- Develop and execute a market entry strategy for KSA.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government entities, corporates, universities).
- Secure corporate innovation partnerships and accelerator program sponsors.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities aligned with Vision 2030.
- Generate qualified pipeline for investment.
- Establish and manage Brinc's physical presence in KSA.
- Oversee program delivery and quality assurance.
- Build and manage local team.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage resources effectively.
- Represent Brinc at high-level events and forums.
- Drive thought leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Align KSA operations with global Brinc strategy.
- Develop local market insights and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years in senior management roles.
- Strong track record in business development in KSA.
- Experience in innovation, venture capital, or startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing teams.
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Strong understanding of KSA business landscape.
- Excellence in stakeholder management.
