Job Description
The Senior Associate Client Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with clients. This involves driving expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts, minimizing churn, and maximizing retention. The primary responsibility is to take ownership of commercial agreements, address client concerns, and provide recommendations for NTT's services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Business Acumen
The skills supporting successful selling through organizational and business outcome mindset, focusing on planning, leveraging tools and data, and concentrating on NTT's business requirements.

Sales Client Engagement and Management
The skills used to effectively manage and analyze the client throughout the client lifecycle, improving client relationships and driving sales growth.

Sales Solution Skills
The knowledge of NTT's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends, applying them to individual client and prospect situations to position the sales team member as an expert client advisor.

Sales Pursuit
The skills and knowledge that enable a sales team member to create success by identifying and advancing opportunities at assigned prospects and clients, coordinating internal and external resources to close sales opportunities.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  1. Relevant degree or advanced diploma.

Required Experience:

Moderate Level Experience:
  1. Similar role in a similar environment.
  2. Sales environment and/or customer service role.
  3. Sales and client engagement experience.
  4. Negotiating with clients and vendors.
  5. Business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales techniques.
  6. Sales team experience in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Analyzing commercial information.
