About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Leasing and Marketing Manager at Savills Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase occupancy rates in the residential compound.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase occupancy rates in the residential compound.
  • Cold calling and targeting of agreed companies to initiate and set up meetings with the person responsible for leasing within that company.
  • Negotiate B2B contracts with potential tenants and conduct site viewings together with the Senior Property Manager.
  • Responsibility for the leasing function and management of any staff within the leasing department.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the property/compound market within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and report on industry pricing across the Riyadh compounds on a regular basis.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in residential property leasing and marketing.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work alone and/or as part of an integral team to deliver results.
