Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development process of residential projects, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to oversee project design and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies to inform the development strategy.

  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, including community representatives, government agencies, and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in residential development or project management within the real estate sector.
