Regional Business Expansion Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our sales and business development efforts in Saudi Arabia and the surrounding region. As part of our global growth strategy, this individual will be responsible for establishing our presence, driving sales, and securing partnerships with key stakeholders across the market.
This is a high-impact leadership position with the opportunity to shape the future of UltraSense Systems in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in Saudi Arabia, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia and beyond. They will build and lead a high-performing sales team, aligning strategies with corporate objectives, and identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with major clients, government entities, and industry partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
- Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, aligning strategies with corporate objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with major clients, government entities, and industry partners.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish alliances with OEMs, technology integrators, and ecosystem players to accelerate market penetration.
Requirements include:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's technology ecosystem, regulatory environment, and business culture.
- Able to engage and influence senior decision-makers, from government stakeholders to enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
