Business Development Lead

Talent Pal is expanding its presence in the Saudi market, and we're seeking a talented Client Lead to join our Riyadh office. As part of our Business Growth team, you'll play a vital role in building client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business success.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with Regional / Country Directors to develop and execute client strategies, aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement project plans to achieve timely delivery, mitigate risks, and exceed client expectations.
- Evaluate account team performance against client objectives and project goals, making recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and challenges.
- Redirect client inquiries to relevant personnel as needed.
- Develop comprehensive proposals meeting client needs and organizational objectives.
- Lead client meetings, identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions.
- Independently develop and present proposals addressing all client requirements.
- Manage project teams, setting SMART objectives and delegating tasks effectively.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and career growth.
