About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering company that is revolutionizing the field of molecular diagnostics.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, Business Administration) is required. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
