About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East, focusing on the AWP and construction machinery sectors.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the region's unique challenges and opportunities, as well as exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with regional product managers to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with a focus on AWPs.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- A valid driver's license for regular travel within the region.
