Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth and revenue through effective relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor your team to improve operational efficiency and achieve results.
- Industry Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Foodservice industry to identify areas of growth and improvement.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and decision makers within Foodservice Provider Companies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Account Management: Manage key accounts and develop strategies to retain and grow existing business.
- Company Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of COSTA Foodservice within FSP/client Companies.
- Business Implementation: Support the implementation of company programs to drive business growth and success.
- Distribution Management: Oversee distribution operations to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Business Propositions: Develop and implement business propositions to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Sales and Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Market Sector Analysis: Analyze sales performance by market sector to inform business decisions.
- Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure business growth and success.
- Accountability: Take ownership of sales results and drive growth through effective leadership and strategy.
- Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Excellent Microsoft knowledge (Excel – Word – PowerPoint).
Work Experience:
- 5-8 years foodservice Sales Experience in KSA.
- Hospitality sales experience is a plus.
