About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BuildMate.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and will possess excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

This is a mid-senior level position that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive business growth and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive strategic growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for BuildMate.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the construction, building materials, and heavy equipment sectors.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance BuildMate's market presence and achieve business objectives.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  5. Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for business growth, including planning client visits, managing contracts, and conducting after-sales follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Deep understanding of the construction and building materials industry.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and deal-closing abilities.
