About the Role:

The Market Access Lead – Saudi Arabia will play a critical role in driving our business success in the region. As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute the country's Market Access Plan, leveraging your expertise in value-based solutions and customer-centric approaches. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and navigate complex access environments will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement access strategies to ensure successful product launches and maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute value communication plans and product enlisting strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to understand payer challenges and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field.
  • Business School degree or MBA is preferred.
