Job Purpose

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with large organizations and securing meetings with key decision-makers within our target accounts. You will leverage account-based outreach strategies, conduct in-depth research to identify the right contacts, and effectively position the company as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. This role demands strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a persistent approach to navigate complex account structures and unlock new business opportunities.

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries.
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts, and effectively positioning our company as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key stakeholders within target accounts, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
  • Conduct research on target accounts, including their business, industry, and priorities.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies for each target account.
  • Engage with prospects at all levels through various channels to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Position the company as a valuable partner that can address their specific business objectives.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings with high-value accounts for Enterprise Sales Executives, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to share account insights, track progress, and refine strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep momentum within accounts.

Requirements:

  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Have proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Be able to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English to engage with clients effectively.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Demonstrate passion for sales and a drive to excel in a sales role.
