The Business Development Representative at Dubizzle Group is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Key Activities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into sales;
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals;
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure timely payment collection and resolve any customer complaints;
  • Meet monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields is preferred;
  • (1-2) years of Telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (verbal and written);
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
  • Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems and solutions;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
