Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales for our company. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the current market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
- Strong understanding of the local market and business trends in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
