Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the current market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and business trends in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
