  12. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing concerns, providing updates, and building a strong professional relationship.
  13. Collaborate with the procurement team to strategize and execute the acquisition of necessary materials, equipment, and services to support project objectives.
  14. Implement and monitor HSE standards, ensuring that the project complies with all safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices.
  15. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project team and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  16. Address conflicts and issues within the project team, fostering a positive and cohesive working environment.
  17. Encourage knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across the project team to enhance overall project performance.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
  4. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and engage team members towards project goals.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and risks.
  7. Proficient in project management tools and software, as well as a good understanding of construction and engineering principles.
