  1. Meet with your team daily to discuss operations and targets, including journey planning and IDS compliance deviations.
  2. Obtain and maintain knowledge of sales and distribution channels, as well as competitors' activity in the area.
  3. Develop weekly plans for the assigned area in line with targets and send them to the Branch or Area Sales Manager.
  4. Follow up daily on sales plans and ensure implementation in the field, as well as better customer service according to customers' classification.
  5. Execute agreements with local Key accounts, according to instructions and with alignment with ASM.
  6. Maintain good business relations with Key Account representatives in the area.
  7. Make and execute daily journey planning for salesmen in the team to plan customer routes efficiently in alignment with company procedures and ASM.
  8. Conduct weekly work-withs (route-ride) to ensure SOP and standards execution and Salesman development through on-the-job coaching.
  9. Conduct daily endorsement sessions and ensure usage and reporting with OPTSAL according to S&D policies and procedures.
  10. Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure efficient, effective, and procedurally compliant work.
  11. Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates to ensure their continuous development.
  12. Train own team in the field on Sales fundamentals and skills (Distribution, Coverage, and Visibility) and update them periodically about company and Sales policies.
  13. Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

  2. Strong preference for candidates in Dairy Industry. Candidates from food and beverage companies may also apply.
