C4I Process Management and Support Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled C4I Process Management and Support professional to join our team at Dalma Tech2 in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze current C4I and ICT operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop a comprehensive roadmap to design or change processes, taking into consideration the system operational environment.
  3. Recommend a methodology for process design and re-engineering, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  4. Identify and recommend software packages for documenting processes and procedures, enabling online access for all users.
  5. Present the roadmap, methodology, and software package recommendations to engineering management for approval.
  6. Coordinate with other organizations as necessary to ensure successful process design and implementation.
  7. Conduct process design and re-engineering activities, ensuring compliance with recognized methodologies.
  8. Review and validate newly designed or re-engineered processes with all stakeholders.
  9. Update manuals and documentation in light of re-engineered processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  10. Conduct reviews and obtain buy-in from stakeholders on final manual versions.
  11. Obtain approval for updated documents and implement version control.
  12. Perform other tasks as directed by management to support the mission.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Management or Operations Research, with a Master's degree preferred.
  2. Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral, with effective writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in various documentation software packages, including Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.
  4. Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, eTOM, and other equivalent frameworks.

Experience:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in C4I systems operations and maintenance, with 5 years of experience in process design and re-engineering.
  2. Experience in integrating various processes, re-engineering/streamlining processes for improved performance, and designing new processes.
  3. Experience in using recognized methodologies for process design and re-engineering.
  4. Experience in using software packages for documenting processes and procedures.
  5. Experience in using ITIL and/or eTOM framework for process design is a plus.
