C4I Process Management and Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled C4I Process Management and Support Specialist to join our team at Dalma Tech2. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving our C4I operational processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Review and Improvement: Conduct thorough reviews of our current C4I operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for process design and re-engineering.
  2. Process Design and Re-engineering: Design and implement new processes or re-engineer existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  3. Process Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of our C4I operational processes, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the information they need.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering management and staff, to ensure seamless process implementation and adoption.
  5. Process Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our C4I operational processes, making recommendations for further improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Systems Management or Operations Research, with a Master of Science (M.S) degree preferred.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral, with effective writing, documentation, and communication skills.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of various documentation software packages, including Adobe Acrobat and MS Office, with expertise in process design and re-engineering methodologies.
  4. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in C4I systems operations and maintenance, with 5 years of experience in process design and re-engineering of C4I operational processes.
  5. Methodologies and Frameworks: Knowledge of recognized methodologies, such as ITIL and eTOM, for process design and re-engineering, with experience in using software packages for documenting processes and procedures.
