Channel Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Industry channel products through strong relationships with OEMs and IADs in Central region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities and address the needs of new and established accounts.
- Utilize excellent product and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application competitive advantages.
- Responsible for Regional sales Target/performance from OEMs and IADs.
- Promote & develop strong team spirit, people attitude and customer attitude to contribute positively to cross selling.
- Platforming of the customer database and do the targeted Visit and align with the bFO country KPI of Time in the field.
- Provide reliable Data Quality for Opportunity Management.
- Understand customer values, application requirements, competitive environment, and anticipate their evolution.
- Keep motivating the Industry Channels to achieve their annual targets.
- Support market demand created by indirect OEMs and Control panel builders and challenge OD team to maintain a healthy stock.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts.
- Implement channel and merchandise programs.
