Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Business Growth Specialist at Olayan Career, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
  1. Management and execution of channel strategy by creating a plan in line with company's expansion goals and how they will be achieved via indirect business.
  2. Ensure maximum coverage of the indirect assigned territory.
  3. Knowledge of competitors, their business models, and their value propositions.
  4. Manage day-to-day activity with Channel Business Managers ensuring business response to end customer is timely and appropriate.
  5. Ensuring sufficient activity is identified and carried out to facilitate target achievement via pipeline funneling and management.
  6. Contribute to evolving Indirect revenue to surpass Direct sales revenue in SXL.
