Job Title: Channel Expansion Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Channel Expansion Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our distribution network across the KSA, ensuring strategic focus and financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement country indirect business strategy within the territory by translating it into clear business plans.
- Deliver financial performance targets for the territory, including volume, GM, strategic channel & power brand KPIs, and overdue.
- Influence, coach, and motivate sales teams of distributor partners to target standardized execution of customer offers and programs.
- Critically evaluate our current market share in assigned markets, benchmark against best-in-class, and lead thinking in changes required to provide efficient access and maximize capture of value.
- Develop, agree, and implement the annual business plan with the Distributor/Channel partner, providing permanent support in all areas of its contents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 6-8 years of experience primarily in Sales and Distributor Management with demonstrated performance bias and delivery.
- Experience representing the company externally and dealing professionally with large distributors.
- Ability to work effectively with functional support teams to achieve aligned positions.
