Sales Business Development

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the team in securing deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and team performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in a sales supervisory or leadership role, preferably within certification and training services.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market and its regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
