Key Responsibilities- Government Affairs:
- Coordinate with government entities to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Prepare and submit required documents and applications.
- Communicate with government officials on behalf of the company.
- Manage licenses, accounts, and permits.
- Arrange landing permissions for company aircraft.
- Manage GOSI website and Saudization certificates.
- File important documents and correspondence.
- Renew and issue vehicle registrations.
- Liaise with government officials and stakeholders.
- Real Estate:
- Provide administrative support to the Facility Management team.
- Assist with maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
- Draft and format official letters and forms.
- Manage petty cash and document invoices.
- Arrange vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for Landlord.
- Keep accurate records of facility-related documents.
- Assist in monitoring and managing energy consumption.
- Record Management:
- Ensure SharePoint sites are up to date.
- Properly record and report key documents and activities.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in management or relevant field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Government Affairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to write official letters in Arabic and English.
