Main Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and care.
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes.
  5. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer knowledgeable support.
  6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
