We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join GRG as an HVAC Rental Sales Engineer. This new role is focused on identifying and developing business opportunities in the rental market for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across Saudi Arabia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the rental sector for HVAC systems, focusing on expanding GRG's market presence.
  • Conducting site assessments to thoroughly understand client requirements and recommending tailored HVAC rental solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborating with clients to prepare accurate quotations and proposals, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with internal teams on fleet management, ensuring that the rental equipment is available and ready for deployment.
  • Staying informed about market trends and industry developments to effectively position GRG's offerings and support the growth of the rental HVAC business in the region.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry, ideally with a focus on rental solutions.
  • Client Base: Must have an established client base and proven sales track record in the rental market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems and rental solutions to provide effective recommendations to clients.
