About the Role

As a key member of the Dubizzle Group, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Culture and Performance Excellence to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving commercial excellence and culture initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Performance Excellence Programs: Design and execute programs to celebrate and enhance employee engagement, recognizing high achievers in commercial departments.
  2. Liaise with Analytics Department: Collaborate with the analytics team to evaluate performance and execute reward campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Promote Commercial Employee Engagement: Work with marketing teams to promote commercial employee engagement activities on social media platforms, fostering a positive company culture.
  4. Plan and Conduct Sales Excellence Conferences: Coordinate with commercial teams to plan and execute sales excellence conferences, driving business growth and employee engagement.
  5. Conduct On-Floor Activities: Engage with employees through on-floor activities, motivating and inspiring them to achieve excellence.
  6. Work with HR Team: Collaborate with the HR team to conduct company values-related activities, ensuring a strong company culture.
  7. Support Budgeting for Excellence and Culture: Assist in budgeting for excellence and culture-related activities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  8. Create MOUs and Contracts: Develop and manage MOUs and contracts with external parties to secure discounts and deals for company employees, boosting employee morale.
  9. Special Projects: Work on special projects assigned by the line manager, driving business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, CS, Arts, or a relevant field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in People/Culture or Organizational Development.
  3. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a training and culture-related role, with a focus on event management, hosting events, conducting ceremonies, managing employees, leading trainings, generating new ideas, employee and employer branding.
  4. Skills: Good knowledge of employee engagement, depth knowledge in social media campaigns, sharp strategic and analytical thinking, creativity and commercial awareness, good understanding of social media practice, strong writing and editing skills, excellent people management skills, highly articulate individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills, a team player with a customer-oriented approach, ability to analyze, highly presentable individual with a professional attitude.
