About the Role

Uniphore is a leading provider of AI-native solutions for the enterprise. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed booking targets for Uniphore's portfolio in the Middle East region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises across various industries, including Financial Services, Retail Energy, and Service Providers.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, and develop a plan to penetrate targeted accounts.
  • Prepare and submit proposals to clients, and negotiate favorable pricing and business terms.
  • Communicate accurate and realistic forecast information to the management team.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • Saudi Arabian citizenship is required for this position.
  • 5+ years of above-quota sales experience as a Sales Manager (Individual Contributor).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Enterprise sales experience with an actionable rolodex of decision-makers.
  • Experience working with Channel partners or executing deals directly.
  • Thorough understanding of one of the Contact Center, Customer Experience, or Digital transformation markets.
  • Direct Enterprise SW selling experience to large enterprises companies.
  • Experience selling complex, large-scale projects to key customers in the territory.
  • Very comfortable in the 'C' suite with a track record of closing software licensing and PS deals.
  • Solution and Consultative Selling Skills.
  • Ability to effectively present technical information to a non-technical audience.
