Senior Sales Director

Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Imp. & Exp co., Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the assigned region or territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Set and achieve sales targets, manage sales forecasts, and report to upper management on performance metrics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, contractors, logistic teams, and government agencies.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to assess client needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues related to product performance.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of XCMG Truck & Tractor products, including features, advantages, and applications.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on equipment selection, usage, and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, new product launches, and technological improvements.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiation, pricing, and payment terms.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations tailored to the customer's specific project requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring that sales goals and KPIs are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and mentoring a team of sales executives or representatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional campaigns and events for XCMG Truck & Tractor products.
- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of machinery.
Continuously monitor the truck market, including customer needs, industry regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports detailing performance metrics, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Number of new clients and contracts secured.
- Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback.
- Sales pipeline management and conversion rates.
- Market share growth within the assigned territory.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and sales data.
- Team leadership experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Sales, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction or logistics industry.
Familiar with the relevant regulations and standards of the truck industry.
