The Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Bayut, your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a high-performing sales team. You'll be working closely with our team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors, providing them with leadership, training, and coaching to help them excel in their roles.
Your Key Challenges Will Be:
- To develop a sales strategy that achieves organisational sales goals and revenues.
- To set individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business and hunters - for new business).
- To achieve the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
- To generate leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review.
- To recruit, develop, and train new sales agents.
- To track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager who can lead our sales team to success. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing a sales team and developing a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
