About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Bayut. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors while consistently training and developing them.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching team members on sales technique, product, upsell and cross-sell.
- Planning and directing sales team training on CRM.
- Developing a sales strategy to achieve organisational sales goals and revenues.
- Setting individual and monthly sales targets for the sales teams (for new and existing business and hunters - for new business).
- Achieving the monthly sales targets by delivering sales from both personal and group accounts.
- Generating leads and prospects to meet the parameters for quarterly sales production review.
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, and training new sales agents.
- Tracking, collating and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
- Ensuring members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Monitoring budgets and tracking the progress.
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to achieve team and individual targets.
- Tracking and maintaining records of team sales, payments, and account reviews.
- Sourcing feedback to marketing, operations, and tech team for enhancing product effectiveness, client issues and concerns.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research and channelising it internally for effective measures and follow-ups.
- Verification of agency data/ numbers in the respective area to analyse growth opportunities and determine recruiting needs.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base through effective team management and allocate new agencies to the existing team.
- Keeping track of agency pools and verifying agency data in their area.
- Performing regular field visits.
