Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team development. You will work closely with our regional managers to identify business opportunities, develop strategies, and implement plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stockiest, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor changes in the market situation and legislative requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including SSFL Control Agenda and Control Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of sales field experience in FMCG
  • Very good English and Arabic language skills
  • No travel restrictions
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and thinking skills
  • BA degree and computer literacy
