Sales and Marketing Executive

This role involves managing regional key accounts and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Teams and internal stakeholders to achieve defined targets.
You will be responsible for developing a strong network within the Global Key Account HQ, establishing and maintaining global framework & preferred supplier agreements for Chinese Key Accounts, and identifying future Chinese Global Key Accounts.
You will also support projects of Chinese Key accounts and act as an advisor to our local sales team, providing input for our HQ departments to develop tailored products & services in support of Chinese Key Accounts.
Requirements:- 10 years' experience in Key Account Management and/or Sales.
- Strong experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people of different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English.
- Strategic mindset, self-motivated with strong work ethics.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Added value & solution-oriented.
- Assertive team player.
- Willingness to travel globally.
