Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.As a Sales Executive - Corporate, you will implement sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your area of responsibility under general guidance. The role involves generating and maintaining customers through sales activities like face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts, managerial & departmental executives for client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
- Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
- Solicit transient and group business and meetings.
- Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of properties' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
- Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts.
- Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions as a result of direct sales solicitation.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & ExperiencesA degree in sales is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of postgraduate work experience in a similar position. Good computer skills are essential.
