Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.
As a Sales Executive - Corporate, you will implement sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your area of responsibility under general guidance. The role involves generating and maintaining customers through sales activities like face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
  2. Ensure comprehensive coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts, managerial & departmental executives for client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
  3. Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
  4. Solicit transient and group business and meetings.
  5. Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities.
  6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of properties' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
  7. Formulate corporate offer letters and yearly contracts.
  8. Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions as a result of direct sales solicitation.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
A degree in sales is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of postgraduate work experience in a similar position. Good computer skills are essential.
